Names on Pleasant Haile and Susan Burch marriage license: are Richard Hightower and John B. Hightower. I don't know why I never thought to research them before...especially since Pleasant Haile led nowhere, and I was reduced to dreaming up stuff. The below doesn't tell us much more except that Breckenridge, Kentucky was the marital spot for Haile/Burch also.
